This year, GMC will host more than 40 events across the region, drawing over 1,200 attendees. Beyond business transactions, these connections build camaraderie—a shared sense of purpose and pride in strengthening the local economy. Looking to invest in your team? Leadership Monadnock, the GMC's signature leadership program is a powerful way to develop, retain, and inspire your top employees. It’s a nine-month experience (one day per month) that connects rising leaders with the people, places, and ideas shaping the region.

Magnify Monadnock Regional Promotion Initiative
With the support of our members, we’ve secured multiple federal and state grants, allowing us to invest more than $700,000 in recent years to promote the Monadnock Region as a place to visit, live, work, and do business. From marketing local businesses and attractions to launching workforce initiatives, these investments help strengthen our regional economy and community.
You can see this work in action at MonadnockNH.com, our destination platform. We’re also expanding our impact with a $250,000 campaign to attract young adults under 30—showcasing the region’s educational opportunities, career pathways, and unmatched quality of life.
Advocating for a Stronger Future
We also work closely with the NH Department of Business and Economic Affairs (BEA) and elected officials on key policy issues affecting employers, such as the aging workforce and declining K–12 enrollment. Your membership strengthens our collective voice in these critical conversations.

Our membership levels are designed to reflect the diversity of people and organizations that make up the Monadnock Region. Business Memberships
Business memberships are designed for for-profit organizations of all sizes and stages. Each tier offers opportunities for connection, visibility, and engagement, with higher levels providing expanded benefits and a greater role in supporting GMC’s regional initiatives.
Business Membership
$350 per year
Benefits Include:
- Basic web directory listing
- Member communications
- Member referrals through the GMC team
- Ability to post news, events, deals, and job openings on the GMC website
- Social media content sharing by the GMC team
- Access to GMC events and member gatherings
- Access to educational and community workshops
- Advocacy on issues impacting businesses at the local, regional, and state levels

Business Connector Membership
$550 per year
Designed for businesses that want to be more visible and more involved than a basic membership allows. Business Connector is a good fit for organizations ready to promote their work more consistently, support GMC events, and strengthen their presence across the region while staying flexible in how they engage.
All Business Membership benefits, plus:
- Enhanced directory listing ($35 value)
- E-blast credit: $150
- Event sponsorship credit: $100
Community Collaborator Membership
$1,200 per year
The Community Collaborator membership is ideal for businesses that see value in sustained regional visibility and deeper engagement. This level supports ongoing GMC initiatives while providing regular recognition, opportunities to sponsor community events, and a stronger role in shaping the Monadnock Region.
All Business Membership benefits, plus:
- Enhanced directory listing included ($35 value)
- E-blast credit: $300
- Event sponsorship credit: $300
- Up to two affiliate businesses listed in the directory
- Linked text recognition in every GMC e-blast
- Two tickets to Leadership Monadnock graduation ($70 value)
Community Partner Membership
$3,500 per year
Community Partner members demonstrate a strong commitment to the Monadnock Region. This level is a good fit for banks, utilities, manufacturers, and other large employers seeking consistent visibility, ongoing recognition, and a leadership role in supporting GMC’s regional initiatives. Community Partners receive prominent placement across GMC communications while helping make our programs, events, and advocacy work possible.
All Business Membership benefits, plus:
- Enhanced directory listing included ($35 value)
- E-blast credit: $500
- Event sponsorship credit: $700
- Up to five affiliate businesses listed in the directory
- Logo placement in every GMC e-blast and in the GMC website footer
- Two tickets to Leadership Monadnock graduation ($70 value)
- Two tickets to the Annual Gala ($200 value)
Non-Profit Memberships
Nonprofit memberships are available to 501(c)(3) and 501(c)(6) organizations. These memberships include the same core benefits as our business levels, along with additional offerings designed to support nonprofit missions and community impact.
Higher-level nonprofit partnership opportunities are available upon request.

Non-Profit Connector Membership

All Business Connector Membership benefits, with specific non-profit enhancements:

Individual Memberships
Solopreneur Membership
$225 per year
The Solopreneur membership is designed for independent business owners with no employees or public storefront. Includes the same benefits as a Business Membership at a reduced rate and is ideal for those starting out and looking to grow their business over time.

Remote Worker Membership
$150 per year
Designed for individuals who work remotely for companies based outside the Monadnock Region, the Remote Worker Membership offers a way to stay connected locally. It provides access to GMC events, educational opportunities, and member communications, helping remote workers build relationships, stay engaged with the regional business community, and feel part of something beyond their day-to-day work.
Includes all Business Membership benefits, except:
- Not listed in public directory
Associate Membership
$150 per year
The Associate Membership is intended for individuals not currently affiliated with a business, including retirees and those new to the Monadnock Region who are seeking employment or building professional connections. It offers opportunities to connect, engage, and build relationships within the regional business community.
